My journey into personal training began 4 years ago, when I discovered the life-changing value of resistance training, especially for women. I quickly realized that strength means more than lifting weights—it’s about building resilience and mobility that carries into everyday life, like getting up from the floor effortlessly.
Through my method, I help people get stronger while improving movement quality, coordination, and overall power. My training programs are varied, practical, and designed to help you move better, feel more capable, and unlock your body’s full potential.
What I Offer
I teach a variety of functional and movement-based classes designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence.
• Strength for Runners – Focused on unilateral work, glute activation, and plyometrics to improve performance, balance, and injury prevention.
• Barre – A dynamic conditioning class that blends ballet-inspired movement, cardio, and Pilates, set to music for an energising full-body workout.
• Pilates (Reformer & Mat) – Strengthening the deep core while targeting isolated muscle groups for improved stability, posture, and control.
• Ashtanga Yoga & Flexibility Training – Drawing on advanced yoga practice, I offer both group sessions and personalised flexibility training tailored to individual goals.
My classes are typically choreographed so each movement flows seamlessly into the next, creating a rhythm that feels both challenging and empowering.
