Group PT

How it works

These sessions bridge the gap between 1:1 personal training and large group classes.

With a maximum of four people, you receive focused coaching, technical feedback, and structured progression without the pressure or cost of one-to-one training.

Each session is coach-led, not self-directed, with exercises adapted to individual ability while still training together as a group.

Session times:


Monday 7.30am
Friday 9.30am and 10.30am

  • You want to improve technique, strength, and movement quality

  • You enjoy accountability and structure, without being pushed beyond your limits

  • You prefer a calm, focused environment while training with others

Group PT spaces are limited. Please register your interest to join the waitlist.

Group Personal Training is delivered in small groups to ensure quality coaching and individual attention.

Spaces are limited and offered first to existing clients and package holders. When groups are full, a wait list operates and waiting times may vary. 

Each group runs on a designated training day to support consistency and progression. 
Drop-in spaces are offered occasionally by announcement only. 

If no group spaces are available, 1:1 Personal Training is the best way to begin and offers priority access when group places open.
