I’ve been working in fitness since 2018, with experience across yoga, Pilates, reformer, barre, and strength training. As a Level 3 personal trainer, I specialise in one-to-one coaching for strength, flexibility, and core stability.
My training is practical, varied, and designed to improve how you move — building strength, coordination, and confidence in your body.
What I Offer
I offer one-to-one personal training with a focus on strength, core work, flexibility and reformer Pilates. Each session is fully individualised, with training tailored to your goals, movement needs, and experience level.
My approach combines intelligent strength training with controlled, purposeful movement — helping you build strength, improve coordination, and move with confidence.
I also offer small group personal training for those looking for a more cost-effective way to train while benefiting from structure, motivation, and accountability. Group sessions are limited in size to ensure quality coaching and individual attention.
Sessions are available as flexible packages depending on your needs and training frequency.
