Inversions 4 week course 25th February 2026
Headstand, forearm & Handstand Foundations
4-week small-group intensive
This course is designed to develop the strength, control, and mechanics required for stable, efficient inversion work. Rather than relying on momentum or flexibility, we break inversions down into their key physical components; shoulder strength, core control, load management, and balance so you can understand why the position works, not just how to attempt it. This is skill-based training aimed at improving performance and movement quality.
